Connecting your own domain with wix.com is only possible if a premium package is available at WIX.com. There are 2 possibilities to connect the domain with WIX.com. With wix.com it concerns a website builder.
Pointing must be used if you display your website from WIX.com and at the same time have email inboxes in a webhosting package at Checkdomain.
The IP address and the required CNAME records of the WIX.com server on which your website is located can be found under this link.
After you have determined your IP address and the CNAME records, you can store them as described in the following instructions. Be sure to disable www inclusive.
In addition, the 2 CNAME entries in the lower area of DNS entries must be stored. Replace the information in the screenshot with your individual values from Wix.com.
IMPORTANT: Only the www or m needs to be entered as the name, not the complete domain name.
If only one domain is registered without a web hosting package, the domain can be connected to WIX.com via a name server.
