First, sign in to your Google Account with your information.

After you have logged in, select "More -> Blogger" in the upper menu to access the administration interface of your blog.

In the administration interface of the blog, click on the "V" button and select "Settings" in the menu that appears.

There click on "Basic settings" on the left side.

In the interface that appears, click on the blue text "+ Add user-defined domain" under Publication.

The following menu opens up, in which you click on the blue text "Switch to advanced settings".

In the corresponding field, enter the domain name of your domain or subdomain.

Then click on the "Save" button to confirm your entries.

If you have already confirmed the ownership of the domain via Google Site Verification, this step is not necessary.

An error message will appear indicating that the authorization of the domain could not be verified and you will be shown the CNAME entry that is still required.

Deposit this in your customer area on checkdomain.de, as described in this manual.

How do I deposit a CNAME entry?

The entry must be stored in the following format.

Important: Do not delete already existing entries by storing the CNAME!!

It may take 2 - 6 hours after the CNAME entry has been deposited until the change takes effect.

If the domain could be verified, the display changes as shown in this screen and the blog can be reached via your domain name.
