If you want to change the provider for your domain, you can request the authorisationcode directly in your customer area.
For domains that not using the authcode process, it is possibly necessary to send us a form scanned by email, fax or post.
Login to your customer area. In the left navigation bar click on the button "Domains".
In the domainlist click on the "gearwheel" on the domain for which you need the authorisationcode.
In the next menu choose "Domain Transfer".
Now you have the possibility to release one or multiple domains for a transfer. After you made your decision, click on "Next".
In the next Step, please tell us the reason for the domain transfer and click "Next".
Confirm the release of the domain for a change of provider by your customer password with which you login to your customer area and click on "confirm release".
