If you receive an error "connection rate limit exceeded" while sending the e-mails, you will learn how to fix/avoid this.
This error occurs if e-mails are retrieved too often from the server or if a check is made to see whether new e-mails are present. (Each retrieval of whether there are new emails is a connection to the server).
If this limit is reached, the error mentioned appears and temporarily no more e-mails can be sent.
The following steps explain how you can change the retrieval interval in the Webmail check domain.
Log in to www.checkdomain.net/en in the upper right corner of your webmail account.
Enter your e-mail address (e.g. max@mustermann.de) and the corresponding password in the login screen.
Confirm your entries by clicking on the "Login" button.
In the webmail, click on the "Settings" button in the upper right corner.
In the next screen, click on the "Settings" tab.
Then click on "Mailbox View" on the left side.
Next, select 5 minutes from the pull-down menu behind the text "Check for new messages after".
This value is normally sufficient, since in very few cases new e-mails are received every minute.
Finally, click on the "Save" button to confirm your entry.
After a maximum waiting time of 24 hours, the sending works again without any problems. and will also not occur in the future if the limitation is not exceeded by excessive e-mail dispatch (e.g. newsletter) or manual retrieval of e-mails.
