Email setup for MS Outlook Express
In this tutorial, you will learn how to send your emails in Microsoft Outlook Express (POP3 and IMAP) and then retrieve it.

Select in the upper navigation bar of Outlook the point "Extras" and click there on "Accounts".
The following screen appears:
Click on the "Add" button and an extended menu will open:
Click on "E-Mail" here.
Now you will see the following screen:
Enter your name or company name here and click on "Next".
The following screen will appear:
Fill in the fields as shown.
E-mail address: max@mustermann.de
And then click on "Next".
You will now see the following screen:
(Please enter the e-mail server data in your e-mail program, which we will send you by e-mail.
(Not your FTP access data)).
You will also find these in your customer login.
And then click on "Next".
Enter your e-mail login or the complete e-mail address (e.g. info@mustermann.in) with the corresponding password as the account name.
Then click on "Next".
The last screen appears:
All you need to do here is click on "Finish".
Select in the upper navigation bar of Outlook the point "Extras" and click on "Accounts" there.
On the next screen, select your mailbox and click on the "Properties" button.
In the following screen, click on the "Advanced" tab and change the port number for Outbox (SMTP) to "587".
Finally, click on the "Apply" button below.
Your new e-mail address is now created in Outlook Express and can be used immediately to send and receive emails.
