If you would like to change your domain to another provider, you can request the authcode directly from your customer area.
For domain endings that do not use the Authcode procedure, it may be necessary to send us a scanned form by e-mail, fax or post.
On our homepage at www.checkdomain.net, click on My Login at the top right and select "Customer Area" to log in.
You will reach the login form by entering your customer number or e-mail address and your customer password and then clicking on the "Login" button.
Where can I find my access data?
You are now in your customer area. In the left navigation click on the navigation point "Domains".
In the domain list, click on "Configuration" for the domain for which you need the Authcode.
In the next menu, select "Change provider".
Confirm the release to the Provider change with the input of your customer password, with which you can also register in your customer area and then click on the "Confirm order" button.
Then confirm the new security prompt to release the domain for the provider change by clicking "Next".
The Authcode will now be displayed. In addition, you will receive an e-mail with the authcode to the e-mail address we have on file.
