Learn how to restore your ftp-data.
Login to your customer area and click "Hosting" in the left navigation bar.
In your Hosting overview click on "Backups".
Select from which day the backup should be restored, by clicking the button "restore".
Now choose which data you want to restore. In this case, select "FTP-data" in the pulldown-menu.
Confirm the selection by clicking on the button "select".
Now choose for which directory the backup should be restored in the lower area. Click "Restore directory" right next to the desired directory.
As last step choose whether the current data should be overwritten or resored packed/unpacked on your hosting in a backup folder.
