If you wish to cancel or delete your domain, you can do so online via your customer area.
If you no longer have access to your access data, you can use the following link to send yourself an e-mail in which you can find your login name and set yourself a new password:
On our homepage at www.checkdomain.net, click on My Login at the top right and select "Customer Area" to log in.
You will reach the login form by entering your customer number or e-mail address and your customer password and then clicking on the "Login" button.
Where can I find my access data?
You are now in your customer area. In the left navigation click on the navigation point "Domains".
In the domain overview, select the domain you wish to cancel. Click on "Configuration" for the desired domain.
On the detail page of the desired domain, click on "Cancellation".
In the next step, inform us of the reason for the cancellation so that we can optimise our service/offers for you if necessary.
Finally, confirm the cancellation of the listed domain/s with your customer password. and a click on the "Confirm termination" button.
You will directly receive a confirmation that the cancellation has been carried out and will additionally receive a confirmation of cancellation by e-mail to the deposited e-mail address.
