Has your address/address changed, e.g. because you have moved or you have a new e-mail address?
You can change them directly in your customer area on checkdomain.com.
In this manual you will learn how to change your personal data.
On our homepage at www.checkdomain.net, click on My Login at the top right and select "Customer Area" to log in.
You will reach the login form by entering your customer number or e-mail address and your customer password and then clicking on the "Login" button.
You are now in your customer area. In the left navigation click on the navigation point "My data".
You will be taken directly to your address data.
There you can change your address data, e-mail address or telephone number as desired.
Please note that you cannot change the company name and/or your own name yourself. For this a change of holder is necessary so that the domains can be rewritten at the respective registries.

Then click on the "Save" button.
