If you once forget your password for your customer area, you can request an email on checkdomain.de to send you a new password.
Please note that the new password is sent to the mailadress which is registered with us. If the registered mailadress is out of date, please contact our support.
To request a new password click on "Login" on our Websitein the upper right.
The Login-Screen is shown. Click on "Reset it here" in the lower right.
Enter your customer number or registered emailadress in the textbox.
Note: You can find your customer number in each invoice or in the welcome email you recieved from us. Afterwards click the button "Next". A message will be shown, that we recieved your password request and you will recieve an email to change your password.
If you have either your customer number or login at hand, please contact our support.
Click on the Button "Change password" in the email you recieved.
Provide your new password in the textboxes of the form that is shown.
Confirm your entries by click on "Save".
