If you want to change the main ip-adresses for your domain you can switch the ipīs as described below.
Please sign in to your customer account by clicking the "Login" button on the top right corner of our website.
Enter your username and password and click "Login"
Once you are logged in please click on "Domains" in your control panel.
In the domain overview click on the "Configuration" button next to the domain name for which you want to change the ip-address.
On the domain detail page click on "checkdomain nameserver".
In the appearing screen, you have the option to change the dns-settings, such as for example the ip-address of the desired webserver or additional entries for subdomains and mailserver
Replace the ip-addresses with the ones that should be used.
The IPv6 is optional and must be deleted if you donīt have an own IPv6!!!
Confirm your settings by click on "Save".
After changing the ip-adresses it might take up to 6 hours until the change is effective.
