If you want to back up your databases, you can do this by logging in at domainname.de/mysql with your corresponding MySQL credentials.
Now you have to click on "Export"...
and in the next field set the selection in front of the text "Custom - show all possible options".
Under Databases you can select which databases should be exported.
Furthermore you can define in which format (e.g. SQL) the database should be exported...
and whether compression should take place.
If no compression is defined, you get a table in the selected format, which you have to copy e.g. into an editor and then save or rename e.g. .sql as *.sql with the selected format. It is therefore recommended to compress the database, e.g. by selecting .zip.
Then click on "Ok" in the bottom left corner.
The next step is to download the file, which will first be saved locally on your PC.
The downloaded file can now be "imported" again at any time via domainname.de/mysql.
You can also save the downloaded file at any time in a specially created backup folder on your
