You can switch to a different tariff at any time via your customer area. Please note that only a change to a higher package is possible.
In this manual you will learn how to start a tariff change.
On our homepage at www.checkdomain.de, click on My Login at the top right and select "Customer Area" to log in.
You will reach the login form by entering your customer number or e-mail address and your customer password and then clicking on the "Login" button.
Select "Hosting" in your personal customer area.
If you have several web hosting packages, click on "V" for the desired package and select "Change web hosting package" in the menu.
Click here on the "Change tariff" button.
In the following screen, select which of the packages you want to switch to.
Please note that only a change to a higher package is possible.

Select "Change" last at the desired package to complete the order.
Now an overview of the selected tariff change appears, in which everything is summarized again. Confirm the AGB´s by ticking the corresponding box.
Then confirm the details by clicking on the "Buy now" button so that the tariff change can be initiated. The changeover will take place immediately.
