You have installed Cyberduck in the first steps:

and you have set up your FTP access data. Instructions can be found here:
Now you want to upload your homepage and/or data from your hard disk to the domain so that you can view it on the Internet.
Start the program "Cyberduck". In our example it is the Version 3.4.1.
After the start click on "History" to display your configured server.
Click with the right mouse button on the displayed server (will be blue) and then select "Connect to server"
You will see the following screen:
You see your root directory (htdocs) of your domain.
If you want to transfer your homepage from your hard disk to your domain now click on the „Action" button and then select "Upload" from the menu.
The following window will open:
We have already selected the directory on our hard disk in which our homepage is located. (Please select the directory on your hard disk where your homepage is located).
You can either upload each file individually or select all files by holding down the left mouse button. (turn blue) by dragging the mouse cursor over all files and clicking the left mouse button again and upload them all at once.
Confirm your selection by clicking on the button "Upload".
If you have uploaded the files, you will now see the files you have uploaded have selected or transferred. In our example it was all files.
Please make sure that the start page of your homepage has one of the following names:
index.html
index.htm
index.php
If you call up your domain in an Internet browser, you will see your homepage.
