Should you get an error message similar to the following message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes)
Check if your webhosting package has enough PHP memory available.
The first value (33554432 bytes) indicates how much memory is needed, the second value (1966080 bytes) how much is available.
- If your webhosting package has too little PHP memory, you can only switch to a webhosting package with sufficient PHP memory is possible.
- If your webhosting package has enough PHP memory and it still comes to the above mentioned errors, please contact our support by phone or e-mail.
