For Concrete5 you do not need any programming knowledge. The website can be directly installed in the Frontend - i.e. the displayed page - can be edited.
Download the latest version of Concrete5 from the supplier's website
https://www.concrete5.org/download
Extract the file(e.g. concrete5.8.4.3.zip) to a location where you can find it again.
Next, open your FTP client (e.g. FileZilla) and connect to the FTP access data.
to your web hosting package. Then locate the folder you unpacked.
Select all folders and files of Concrete5 that you have unpacked in the directory (e.g. /concrete5.8.4.3).
Copy all folders and files to the selected root directory, which is normally /htdocs.
Wait until the transfer is complete.
Create a MySQL database and remember the database name,
login name and password.

Enter the name of the website and your contact e-mail address in the text fields.
Also add the data of your previously created MySQL database in the corresponding fields.
The server name is always localhost if you have set up the database with us.
User name, password and database name are specific.
If you want to install sample contents, leave the check mark set accordingly.
Then click on the "Install Concrete >" button.
You now receive a message that the installation of Concrete5 has been completed.
With a click on the text "Continue to website >" you get to the start page of your website and
can edit them directly.
