Now checkdomain explains to you how you can integrate the social media channels you use on your website. The homepage construction kit offers various possibilities for this - from simple links with icons to Facebook comment functions or like-my-buttons.
Start in the left menu bar under the item Elements. Enter the term Social in the search bar.
We will now show you the individual functions in detail and start with the "Share" function. Drag the element to the desired position in the editor. Now several buttons appear there, through which the users can share your page on the most common platforms. Next, you can drag the Facebook "Like Button" to the desired position on your page. In the appearing menu you must now enter the URL to your Facebook page.
Under Design you can change the display. For the like button there are different layout possibilities here.
With the widget "Facebook" your visitors have the possibility to leave a comment directly on your website.
In addition to Facebook, you also have the option of integrating your Twitter feed on your website. Drag the widget to the desired position and fill in the required settings and adjust the layout to your liking.
As a last possibility we show you the simple linking of icons to your social media profiles. Drag the "Social Media Symbols" widget onto your page and click on the networks you want to display as icons. Below the selection you must now enter the URL of the respective profile page. Here you can also set different layouts, sizes, distances and effects for the widget under Design.
This allows you to quickly and easily integrate your social media channels on your new website.
