vCita is an online scheduling tool that you can integrate into your website. Checkdomain explained how this works in video 17.
In this video checkdomain shows you how to configure the backup in vCita directly. First create an account and click your way through the first steps or go to the dashboard of the tool. The basic language of the tool is English. First click on Settings, Business Info and then under Admin Account set the language of your choice. Then click on Save in the upper left corner to apply your settings.
To create the scheduler for your website, go to Settings in the left menu bar and then to "My Services". There you can select what you want to offer - a telephone call, a personal meeting or an online meeting.
Under "Single appointment" you can create a new service, e.g. "Meeting at home" - a personal meeting. Then define the duration and a possible price. Click on Create to accept this type of appointment. If you return to the website editor, the appointment type will be available there.
